Woven labels can be used for all forms of sports products. Memorabilia, Jerseys, Hoods, Jackets, Accessories. Your logo would determine the best process to use and best economic approach. Woven labels are made to last a very long time. Our threads are pre-dyed so there is no printing involved in the production of a woven label. So the labels will not fade as printed labels would. All sizes are custom . Labels used as patches can have a non woven cotton backing glued to back surface to give your label a thicker surface. A custom shape can be achieved using a lasercutter that will cut with accuracy to your custom layout. 

All woven labels are custom and we would follow your requirement; Many cuts are available. Straight Cut(cut all around for stitching all around), Centerfold(folded in half with a fold on one side and loose ends on other-label is sewn from loose ends), Cut/End Folded(label ends are folded inward for stitching on the inside of folds.
